Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field.
MBA or advanced degree desirable.
10+ years in freight transportation, logistics, or supply chain with increasing responsibility.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs.
Proven track record in strategic planning and performance improvement in air freight.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced regional environment.

Responsibilities

Define and execute Asia Pacific air freight strategy aligned with global objectives.
Lead end-to-end air freight operations across Asia Pacific.
Own regional air freight P&L and cost optimization.
Establish performance management with KPIs and dashboards.
Drive digital transformation using analytics and automation.
Drive strategic sourcing and carrier management including contracts.
Ensure compliance and risk governance across markets.
Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders on strategies.
Champion sustainability and ESG initiatives.
Build and develop a high-performing team.
Drive continuous improvement and benchmarking.
