FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Managing Partner for AI & Transformation Consulting in APAC. Role leads the AI-first consulting practice with full P&L ownership, engaging C-suite stakeholders to drive large-scale transformation across cloud, data, and AI.

The candidate will build directional materials, PRDs, and consulting frameworks in year one, then scale with offshore delivery teams and hyperscaler partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consulting/tech transformation.
• 2–3+ years at MD/Partner level.
• Proven track record selling and delivering large transformation deals ( SGD 5M+ ).
• Strong banking domain knowledge and executive engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the AI-first consulting practice in APAC with full P&L ownership.
• Own revenue targets, margins, and hiring plans for the practice.
• Create core consulting IP: assessment frameworks, playbooks, pricing models, proposals.
• Guide PRDs for the FleziPT AI platform and oversee offshore delivery outputs.
• Set operating rhythm across presales, CoE Directors, and offshore teams.
• Develop market presence through executive forums and industry POVs.
