Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Control Manager (VP) in the APAC Chief Analytics Office to strengthen AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance through robust controls across the data and analytics environment.

You will coordinate AI risk activities across APAC, partnering with stakeholders and driving disciplined delivery to enhance control effectiveness and risk identification.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI/ML risk management in financial services.
• Ability to lead risk-based initiatives across functions and lines of defense.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure AI/ML controls align with analytics standards and policies.
• Collaborate with APAC CAO stakeholders to identify risks and support testing.
• Coordinate regulatory assessments and actions with business partners.
• Develop control management framework documentation for AI/ML activities.
• Contribute to APAC CAO control community and standard updates.
• Review metrics and indicators to detect emerging risks and trends.
• Prepare materials for regulatory queries, exams, and meetings.
• Coordinate with Legal, Model Risk, Compliance, and Audit for readiness.
