Job summary

PERSOL Singapore seeks a contract manager for in-service aerospace deals. You will own contracts, coordinate actions across functions to ensure service excellence and profitability, and guide campaign design to align customer needs with capabilities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in aerospace in a customer-facing role, strong data analysis skills, and a proactive attitude. Willingness to travel internationally and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years in aerospace in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with project management and process design.
• Ability to analyze large data sets; programming skills are advantageous.
• Understanding of aviation MROs, airlines, and suppliers is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with effective interpersonal abilities.
• High energy, persistence and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Self-driven and autonomous in work execution.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage allocated contracts for in-service deals, ensuring operations and financial oversight.
• Launch and coordinate actions with various functions to ensure service excellence and drive profitability.
• Guide the design of new campaigns, aligning customer needs with existing capabilities and addressing gaps.
• Manage improvement projects to enhance Solutions performance and profitability.
• Define Solutions requirements and oversee necessary adjustments across support functions, including data management and finance.
• Perform data analysis and provide support to local teams in cases of incidents or service level issues.
