Job summary

NCC Group is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Officer/Administrator (Singapore) to join the APAC Corporate team on a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, this role handles invoicing and assists with credit control, along with administrative duties for the Singapore office during our growth plan.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in accounts receivable, strong English and Mandarin, good Excel skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or billing.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin with good communication skills.
• Experience with invoicing systems and ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Produce client invoices at milestones.
• Follow up on overdue balances and support credit control.
• Maintain invoicing system and implement procedures.
• Perform account reconciliations with clients.
• Provide admin support for the Singapore office.
• Handle reception, mail, supplies and basic office duties.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks, including cashflow reporting.
• Collaborate with Account Manager and regional team.
