Job summary

OCBC invites applications for a Sales Planning & Insights Intern position in Singapore. You will work with cross-functional teams to support performance tracking, portfolio analytics, and campaign effectiveness, translating data into actionable recommendations.

You will develop dashboards and reports, contribute to business planning, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT to drive strategic initiatives and growth.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance Analytics: analyse portfolio datasets to identify trends, revenue opportunities, and actionable insights that support strategic planning and business growth
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports that track key business metrics and sales outcomes
• Campaign Performance Analysis: analyse sales campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities to optimise engagement
• Business Planning Support: prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, trend analyses, and management updates
• Process Improvement: streamline sales workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance reporting through automation
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT teams to drive project objectives and outcomes
• Portfolio Insights: support portfolio management activities by monitoring performance indicators and identifying growth opportunities
• Ad-hoc Projects: assist on analytics projects and planning activities as needed
