Job summary

Singtel is building an AI-first telco for the future. As Manager, Analytics & Insights, you will partner with business and product teams to translate complex questions into data-driven insights, recommendations and actions.

You will apply analytics and BI to support strategy, customer and product decisions, revenue growth and operational improvements, using AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, data analytics, engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation and presentation of findings.
• Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and executive communication.
• Strong hands-on analytics including SQL and Python/R.
• Experience with large datasets in cloud data platforms or data warehouses.
• Strong data and AI literacy with ability to assess models and biases.

Responsibilities

• Frame business problems with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions including data pipelines, dashboards and self-service BI.
• Own analytics end-to-end from data sourcing to measurement of outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, CLM and other teams to drive growth and retention.
• Leverage AI analytics tools to accelerate analysis and speed up data-to-insight.
