Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or recent graduate in relevant fields.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot, formulas and macros/VBA.
• Experience with automation or scripting (Python/Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with CRM like Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify inefficiencies.
• Build dashboards to track SLA and performance.
• Automate report generation and data pulls.
• Design a ticketing/queue system using CRM, Forms, Sheets, and tools.
• Support Sales Operations with KPI reporting and data integration.
• Collaborate across regions and product lines.
