Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is offering a 3–6 month internship in Singapore within Renewal Services and Sales Operations. You will work on automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven insights to improve renewal processes and sales performance.

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in business analytics, IS, CS, or engineering with strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills. This role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration and real‑world business operations exposure.

Qualifications

• Undergrad student or recent grad from a Singapore university in business analytics, information systems, CS, engineering.
• Advanced Excel (pivot, formulas, macros/VBA); PowerQuery/PowerPivot bonus.
• Experience with automation tools (Python, Apps Script, Power Automate, Zapier) and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Analytical, detail‑oriented; self‑motivated; strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and automate processes using Excel macros, Power Automate, Python, or similar.
• Measure SLA KPIs and build dashboards in Tableau or Excel to track performance.
• Design and implement a ticketing/queue system using CRM tools (Salesforce), Google Forms/Sheets, and Jira/ServiceNow.
• Support Sales Operations by consolidating data from Salesforce, Excel, Sheets, and internal databases to drive decisions.
