Job summary

STONEX FINANCIAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a mid-level Trading Systems Operations professional to maintain and support the order management system for derivatives. You will handle OMS user creation, limits, and client onboarding to exchanges via Sponsored or FIX protocols and APIs.

The role includes automating reports, monitoring alerts, and providing first-line trade support to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration and timely delivery are essential in this team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in trading systems administration or derivatives operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with vendors on system support, bugs, fixes, and enhancements.
• Create OMS users and set up limits and required configurations.
• On-board trading clients to exchanges via Sponsored or FIX protocols & APIs.
• Automate report generation, parse positions and upload reconciliations.
• Provide first line support for trading and system functionality.
• Monitor alerts within the trading system environment and respond promptly.
• Record all client queries related to trade support analysis.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on trading system support.
• Ensure operations processes are up to date and compliant.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and control.
• Participate in project delivery, UAT, and ad-hoc testing as assigned.

Job description

Position Purpose:

The Operations trade platform support team is responsible for maintenance and support of order management system including account and limit set ups for Derivatives product complex.

Primary duties will include:

• Liaise with vendors on system-related support and implementation issues, bugs, fixes, enhancements
• OMS User creation, limits & required setup to facilitate clients trading
• On-boarding, of Trading Clients to various Exchange via Sponsored or FIX protocol & APIs
• Implement automation of report generation, OMS SOD credit limits & positions parsing, and upload & reconciliations of positions limits
• Provide first line support for customer trading and system functionality support.
• Monitor actively and respond to alerts within trading system atmosphere
• Record all queries in client related to trade support analysis
• Provide support for internal and external stakeholders on trading system support.
• Be adept to operation’s team processes and ensures procedures are up to date.
• Be proactive in reviewing and identifying areas for processes improvements aimed as increase efficiency and improving control environment for the team.
• Participate in project deliveries, UAT and Ad-hoc system testing as nominated by line manager.

Requirement:

• A good Bachelor’s degree or exceptionally strong results in a Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Trading Systems administration and/or Derivatives Operations
• Work with high standards of accuracy and diligence
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organizations.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
