Job summary

Manulife is seeking a recent graduate to join the Asset Management Distribution team in Singapore. You will support relationship managers with private banks and retail partners, prepare sales materials, and coordinate onboarding and reporting activities.

The role offers exposure to investment products, sales processes, and distribution channels, with a focus on learning and growth. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth, respond to distributor inquiries,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience.
• Internship experience in sales support, asset management, banking, wealth management, insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated interest in investments, financial markets, or wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Support the distribution team in managing relationships with private bank and retail bank partners.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, product materials, and investment updates.
• Coordinate distributor onboarding and administrative processes.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline, client activity, and business tracking reports.
• Support training sessions, product briefings, and distributor engagement activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to respond to distributor requests and inquiries.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor industry news, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure sales records and documentation are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support business development initiatives and special projects as assigned.

• Progress toward or interest in pursuing professional investment qualifications such as CFA, IBF, CMFAS, CISI, or equivalent.
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, or sales analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, or client management platforms.
