Job summary

SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking professional to support origination and execution of financing transactions, grow the asset portfolio, and enhance market presence.

You will conduct preliminary credit and financial analyses, prepare proposals and term sheets, coordinate documentation, and work with distribution teams through the syndication process to deliver client-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in Corporate Banking or Syndication preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of financing transactions
• Grow the asset portfolio and enhance the Bank’s presence in the market
• Assist in identifying and pursuing syndication opportunities across the region
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to support business development efforts and provide financing solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• Conduct preliminary credit and financial analysis of prospective clients, supporting the assessment of financing requirements, deal structures, and key market considerations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of mandate letters, term sheets, and transaction documents, ensuring alignment with commercial, market, and syndication practices.
• Coordinate documentation processes and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely completion of transactions in accordance with internal approvals and syndication requirements.
• Work closely with the Distribution team throughout the syndication process, supporting deal marketing, lender engagement, and transaction execution.
• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with clients, financial institutions, and market participants through regular interactions and industry networking activities.
• Monitor developments in the loan and syndicated finance markets, conduct market research, and contribute ideas to support business origination and the delivery of high-quality client solutions.

Requirements:
