eFinancialCareers Ltd. is seeking a Payments & Operations professional for our Singapore Branch. You will handle front-office queries, set up key payment systems, and ensure accurate daily reporting to Treasury.

The role requires 3–5 years in treasury operations within a bank, with fresh graduates welcomed for passion in payments and banking operations. High urgency, meticulousness, and ability to work under pressure are essential traits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of treasury operations/payments experience in a bank.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience also welcome.

Mansioni

• Attend to queries and resolve issues from Front Office units.
• Set up SWIFT RMA, SAP BCA static, and Murex static configurations.
• Clear sanction hits on all incoming/outgoing payments.
• Validate payments from TPH/Murex for accurate daily nostro reporting.
• Execute daily current account activities and deliver statements.
• Submit DTCC MAS regulatory trades reporting accurately.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost daily efficiency.
• Local payments clearing experience with GIRO/FAST/MEPS is a plus.
• Participate in system enhancements and ad hoc projects.

Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of Payments & Operations (Singapore Branch), the incumbent will be expected to perform the following tasks:-Responsible for attending to queries and resolving issues from all the Front Office unitsResponsible for SWIFT RMA setup, SAP BCA static setup and Murex static setupResponsible for clearing sanction hits for incoming and outgoing payment messagesEnsure all payments from TPH/Murex are validated successfully for accurate daily nostro reporting to the Treasury departmentResponsible for all current account activities and accurate generation and delivery of daily advice/monthly statementsResponsible for accurate submission of DTCC MAS regulatory Trades ReportingProactively identify areas for change in daily workflow to achieve maximum efficiencyPrior experience in local payments clearing with GIRO/FAST/MEPS will be advantageousActively take part in systems enhancement and ad hoc projectsJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field of study3 to 5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations and payments in a BankFresh graduates with prior relevant internship experience or a passion for payments and banking operations are also welcome to applyHigh sense of urgencyMeticulous and strong attention to detailsIndependently motivated and capable of driving system changes and enhancementsAbility to work under high levels of pressure and meet short deadlines‘Can-do’ attitude as both the team and the Bank are constantly upgrading to operate on the optimum level of effectiveness and efficiencyKindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
