• Execution Leadership: lead data centre mandates from mandate through closing, coordinating stakeholders across APAC and beyond.
• Client & Investor Communication: serve as primary contact for client and investor communications through the lifecycle.
• Deal Documentation & Marketing: oversee high-quality investment memoranda, proposals, and pitchbooks for investors.
• Due Diligence Coordination: manage cross-functional due diligence across technical, legal, environmental, and financial aspects.
• Financial Modelling Oversight: supervise valuation models (DCF, SOTP, comparables) and scenario analyses.

JLL Asia Pacific Equity Advisory is expanding its team with a Data centre professional to drive growth, excellence, and client impact across one of the world’s most dynamic real estate sectors. The Senior Director, Equity Advisory Data Centre professional, based in Singapore, will lead origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates (buy-side and sell-side) for datacentre owners, operators, hyperscalers, REITS, and infrastructure investors.

This person will work 100% in sync with our regional Capital Markets Datacentre team, and also the JLL Debt Advisory team.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, family offices, and corporate clients active in the mission-critical real estate sector, delivering best-in-class capital markets advisory services that align with their strategic and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Origination: Liaise with senior decision makers of all relevant data centre platform stakeholders in Asia in order to originate data centre platform trades, assist in IPO or take private
• Execution Leadership: Serve as the lead Equity Advisory data centre transaction executive on large-cap data centre deals ($250M+), managing all phases from mandate through closing, including structuring, negotiation, and coordination of internal and external stakeholders across APAC and international markets.
• Client & Investor Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client and investor communications throughout the transaction lifecycle, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Deal Documentation & Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality investment memoranda, strategic proposals, pitchbooks, and other client-facing materials that effectively convey investment theses and value drivers tailored to regional and global investor expectations.
• Due Diligence Coordination: Facilitate and manage cross-functional due diligence workstreams—including technical, legal, environmental, and financial—ensuring comprehensive risk assessment and timely delivery across jurisdictions.
• Financial Modelling Oversight: Lead or supervise the development and validation of complex financial models used for valuation (DCF, SOTP, Comparable Transactions), underwriting, and scenario analysis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with international market standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment banking and/or real estate advisory, with a focus on capital markets, M&A and digital infrastructure & data centre.
• Background in corporate finance, investment banking, strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of executing large-cap, complex data centre, real estate, or M&A transactions, with significant international or cross-border experience, particularly involving APAC, North America, or EMEA markets.
• Deep understanding of real estate investment structures, development products, and transaction mechanics in global contexts.
• Established network with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, REITs, and data centre operators across Asia and beyond.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
