Job summary

JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks a senior technical leader to define AML platform strategy and architecture across multi-market deployments in the banking sector.

You will guide architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with enterprise IT standards. You will drive modern tech adoption, oversee end-to-end implementation, and coordinate with vendors and business stakeholders across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
• 15+ years of experience in technical roles, including solution design, integration, and implementation.
• 10+ years of experience in the international banking sector, with a focus on AML, KYC & Compliance.
• Extensive experience leading technical delivery of large-scale, multi-market platform implementations in the international banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in integration and implementation of solutions.
• Proven track record in overseeing solution design, integration, and end-to-end technical implementation for banking platforms.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payment products, including high-value transactions and payment processing systems.
• In-depth knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for platform technology in the financial sector.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with geographically distributed teams across multiple APAC markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy and architecture for AML platforms, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, integration, and system design.
• Establish and enforce technical governance, ensuring security, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions with seamless integration to core banking systems and payment platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Adopt modern technologies including APIs, microservices, and industry-leading methodologies to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for robust solutions.
• Drive automation and best practices to accelerate delivery and resilience.
• Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to align technical and business objectives.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and platform vendors for smooth integration.
• Provide technical updates to senior management to support decision-making and governance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to drive AML product innovations.
• Develop and mentor technical talent to foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Document best practices, standards, and lessons learned for future implementations.

Education
