Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science or related discipline.
• Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields.
• Data analytical skills and practical knowledge of SQL/Excel and other analysis tool.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Effective problem solver and possesses excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work methodically and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance operations by executing AML-related tasks and documenting risks.
• Collaborate with business units to understand models and risk exposures.
• Detect suspicious transactions and help develop transaction monitoring rules.
• Design and maintain monitoring dashboards to assess rule performance.
• Contribute to policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to support implementation of monitoring processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support projects through applied project management and data analysis.
