Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Team Lead to join the Customer Engagement Team (CET) within AML Control. The role leads customer outreach for AML reviews and ensures timely information requests are completed to a high standard.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, AML Reviewers and AML Operations to resolve gaps, drive performance, and maintain rigorous documentation and control standards.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of AML/KYC or related operations experience.
• Experience leading a team or workflow in a controlled environment.
• Strong understanding of CDD/EDD and RFI handling.
• Ability to manage SLAs and prioritize outstanding cases.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer outreach activities for AML reviews and collect supporting information.
• Ensure information is accurate, complete and fit-for-purpose for risk assessment.
• Drive timely closure of information requests and prevent delays in AML case completion.
• Maintain high standards of documentation and audit-ready records.
• Ensure adherence to AML policies, procedures and data-handling guidelines.
• Lead CET team members to deliver timely and high-quality engagement outcomes.
