Job summary

ES RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites a Singaporean to join as a Comcenter Operations Level 1 Operator on a 1-year contract at the SATCC Changi site (60 Biggin Hill Road, Singapore 509950).

The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and duties including monitoring, fault rectification, and log reporting. Successful candidates will prepare monthly performance reports, coordinate handovers, and maintain compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Locals (Required to clear CAT2 project clearance and Pre-employment check)
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
• Prior experience in system monitoring, operations, or technical troubleshooting is an advantage
• Minimum ITE Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting tools.
• Effective communication skills for coordination and reporting.
• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Operations and Monitoring: Perform Level 1 tasks, monitor systems and equipment for abnormalities.
• Fault Rectification: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic system faults and resolve issues within timelines.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain operational log reports and consolidate monthly reports.
• Communication and Coordination: Act as a contact during shifts and ensure seamless handover.
• Compliance and Standards: Adhere to standards and participate in audits.
