Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Operations Centre Engineer (12-hour shift) on a contract basis for the ST Electronics Hub, SG. The role focuses on monitoring and managing IT/network operations to ensure service availability and quick incident resolution.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Infocomm Technology, be able to work 12-hour shifts (including weekends/public holidays), and be eligible for contract renewal. Singaporean status is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Able to work 12-hour shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depending on roster).
• Open to contract, renewal.
• Singaporean only.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and escalate real-time operation events.
• Monitor alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects.
• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination.
• Updating of PM / CM logs.
• Any other duties / jobs assigned by supervisor.
