Contribute to platform modernisation and migration initiatives while ensuring appropriate planning, validation, control, and service continuity.
  • Strengthen security, risk and regulatory compliance: Ensure scheduling platforms comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, security standards, and audit expectations. Identify platform risks and vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation activities, and support risk acceptance processes where remediation cannot be completed within the required timeline.
  • Govern processes and change implementation: Maintain standard operating procedures and process controls for enterprise scheduling services. Work closely with Change Management and Infrastructure teams to ensure platform changes are assessed, approved, implemented, validated, and documented in a controlled manner.

  • Good working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, databases, networking, security controls, certificates, and automation or scripting technologies.
  • Experience in workload onboarding, scheduling design, application integration, platform migration, and production implementation activities.
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance, audit requirements, process governance, platform risk management, vulnerability remediation, and risk acceptance activities.
