Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Programme and Alumni Engagement Coordinator to support student-alumni initiatives at Pioneer, Singapore.

You will coordinate events, collaborate with Schools and alumni, and help deliver signature programmes with clear governance and timely execution. Candidates should hold a degree in any discipline and have experience in programme and event management, with strong liaison and data handling skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in programme and event management, including large-scale or international initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support student-alumni engagement initiatives in partnership with student groups and Schools, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and providing guidance and resources.
• Coordinate key programmes and engagement activities in collaboration with Schools and alumni stakeholders.
• Support the planning and delivery of signature alumni events by coordinating stakeholders, managing event operations and outreach, and evaluating event effectiveness.
• Provide secretariat support to the Committee, including coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, managing communications and tracking follow-up actions.
• Manage alumni engagement data, knowledge documentation and SOPs to ensure reporting accuracy and consistent processes.
