Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support.

• Knowledge of project management, process planning and budgeting is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, organise, and coordinate Allied Health administrative and operational activities.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Allied Health leadership.
• Collaborate with Allied Health Leads, managers, HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
