Job summary

Eastern General Hospital in Singapore seeks a Senior Associate Executive/Associate Executive for the Allied Health Office to provide administrative and secretarial support to Allied Health leadership. You will assist with planning, budgeting, organizing and coordinating allied health activities while collaborating with leads, HR, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline with 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in secretarial support.
• Well versed in IT skills such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Knowledge and skills in project management, process planning and budgeting would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
• A good team player who is able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Allied Health leadership.
• Plan, budget, organize and coordinate Allied Health administrative and operational activities.
• Collaborate with Allied Health Leads, managers, HR teams and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.
