Job summary

OPTIMUM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD seeks an experienced Release & Deployment Engineer with deep Aldon LMi expertise to drive enterprise change management within the banking sector. You will bridge development and infrastructure, orchestrating deployment lifecycles for core banking systems.

Responsibilities include managing Aldon LMi configurations, planning end-to-end release deployments, and ensuring audit-ready documentation while maintaining strict change controls and SDLC discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience in banking or financial services with focus on release engineering and change management.
• Extensive hands-on experience configuring Aldon Lifecycle Manager (LMi) for enterprise release management.
• Strong background in software configuration management, branching strategies, and source code control.
• Experience with server provisioning, environment monitoring, and middleware hosting.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Aldon LMi configurations, migration paths, change packages, and version control across environments.
• Coordinate end-to-end release deployments, patches, and emergency fixes for core banking and enterprise applications.
• Streamline build processes and automate packaging of artefacts (JAR, WAR, EAR).
• Resolve build failures and bottlenecks on JBoss application servers; support QA deployment cycles for environment parity.
• Enforce strict change management, segregation of duties, and audit-ready release documentation.
