Job summary

INTELLIMATICZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced System Analyst to lead AML system enhancements and deliver high-quality changes into Production.

You will provide Level 3 investigative support and guide SIT/UAT phases, ensuring timely resolution of audit and security findings. With over 10 years in the field, you will own functional and technical design documents, perform impact analyses, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infra teams to ensure seamless deployment

Qualifications

• AML system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry.
• Hands-on design and configuration work for the Netreveal AML application.
• Experience leading design workshops with users for project delivery or defect fixes.
• Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Unix skills.
• Good application design operational impact awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort.
• Define detailed functional specifications based on requirements.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify requirements.
• Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements.
• Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document.
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams during build, test and deployment.
• Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT.
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify as defect or change request.
• Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request.
• Manage and work with vendor and internal teams to deliver committed scope for AML systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery.
• Plan deployment activities with Infra and change management for DevOps environments.
• Share knowledge through training sessions to raise delivery competency.

Location: Singapore

Job Objectives

• To lead and deliver with consistently good quality AML systems enhancements/changes into Production
• To provide reliable and timely Level 3investigative and fix-it support for all AML systems
• To provide reliable leadership and support during System Integration Testing and UAT phases.
• To manage and resolve Audit and Security findings timely
• To identify early and elevate critical delivery showstopper with proper context timely and to propose viable solutions or workarounds where possible

Key Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis on Project scope and document proposed solution and estimated required effort
• Responsible to analyze and define detailed functional specifications based on the functional and non-functional requirements document
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analyst to clarify functional and non-functional requirements
• Define and ensure traceability from functional specifications to business requirements
• Ownership of the creation of functional design specifications and technical design document
• Collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams to clarify functional specification and technical design during build, test and deployment phase
• Review and contribute to test planning and design for SIT and UAT
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Provide input to impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request
• Manage and work with vendor and internal teams to successfully deliver committed scope for AML systems
• Manage and work with stakeholders during all phases of system changes delivery
• Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in Devops environment.
• Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to help improve overall delivery competency level.
