Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking a proactive aviation operations support specialist to join our client in the aviation and transportation sector. You will conduct airside inspections, assist with audits and compliance, and work with stakeholders to drive safety and performance.

The role is primarily on-site and field-based in the East, with office hours, a contract until March 2028, and a salary of up to S$3,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in aviation, engineering, safety management, operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience in aviation operations, safety operations, compliance, inspections, or audits is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable with field-based work and site inspections.
• Attention to detail and report-writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct airside operational inspections and safety assurance activities.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, inspections, and enforcement administration.
• Monitor and track corrective actions arising from audits and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and audit documentation.
• Engage operational partners and stakeholders to improve compliance and safety performance.
• Support training quality assurance and operational competency programmes.
• Participate in operational reviews, learning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety and compliance culture across stakeholders.
