Job summary

Singapore Airlines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the Airport Operations Department (AOD) within the Customer Services & Operations (CSO) Division. The role supports Safety, Security & Compliance and involves risk assessment, audits, and training coordination across stations.

You will maintain manuals, assist in HIRA processes, and liaise with various teams. A Diploma is required; strong MS Office skills, communication, and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel overseas for audits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with email queries from stations and service providers on ground safety and security matters.
• Assist with preparing for Safety Management System and IATA Operational Safety Audits.
• Assist with conducting annual Continuous Self-Assessment (CSA) exercise.
• Communicate with stations to update on safety, security and load control changes and share best practices.
