Collaborate closely with maintenance engineers, technicians and quality assurance teams to resolve issues identified during inspections in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of aerospace safety regulations, airworthiness directives and industry best practice. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and overall safety performance. Support audits and external regulatory inspections as required.
