Job summary

Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Supervisory Operations role to oversee real-time ground activities across airport terminals. You will coordinate trolley, taxi, and porter operations, and work closely with the Duty Manager and Terminal Manager, including incident support via CCTV analysis.

The role requires a Diploma in Science/Engineering or Supply Chain, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in Science/Engineering or Supply Chain field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in quality/operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Confident in managing and influencing stakeholders in TMC/airport environment.
• Able to work on shift and obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update real-time ground situations at all key touchpoints in all terminals via CCTV.
• Process Porter Service requests and ensure Operations Supervisor fulfills service.
• Coordinate trolley, taxi and porter operations; support duties.
• Act as coordinator between Duty Manager and Duty Terminal Manager during events.
• Assist Terminal Manager/Duty Manager with incident investigations using CCTV footage.
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to Duty Ops Manager.
• Alert duty Supervisor on key events of the day.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
• Monitor trolley supply and demand; perform routine checks as per SOP.
• Activate Operations Supervisor for trolley replenishment; update CAG on trolley levels.
• Monitor taxi supply and demand; activate taxi supply as needed; ensure terminals and taxi systems are accurate.
• Observe passenger queues and plan taxi coordination; manage supplies.
• Generate service utilization reports; cover Supervisor and Duty Manager duties during absences.
