Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly retail customer service representative to join our team at Changi Airport. You will deliver excellent service, handle sales transactions, upsell merchandise, and maintain stock accuracy.

The role requires working 5 days a week (44 hours) with shift and weekend coverage; basic salary includes allowances and transport support, aiming to ensure a professional brand image and smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent Customer Service to all customers visiting the retail store.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Perform sales transactions, upsell merchandise, and cashier duties.
• Process product exchanges and refunds and advise customers accordingly.
• Assist with stock inventory management, stock checks, availability, and damaged stock.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Initiate and handle crowd control during peak periods.
• Operate the store's POS system, handle opening/closing duties and sales reports.
• Be a brand ambassador with a professional, customer‑oriented image.
