Job summary

Changi Airport Group (CAG) is seeking an experienced Engineering & Development professional to join the Master Planning & Development team. You will proactively manage landside development, infrastructure and terminal facilities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve on‑time, within‑budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in engineering, familiarity with ISO standards, and strong communication, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Quantity Surveyor.
• Minimum 6 years working experience related to engineering.
• Live operation A&A experience is an added advantage.
• Familiar with ISO9000 and ISO14000.
• Innovative, creative with strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good team player, self-motivated with ability to multi-task and handle fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure, execute and close projects.
• Define goals, scope, deliverables, deadlines and budgets with stakeholders.
• Plan and organise budget based on scope and requirements; track costs.
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule milestones and activities.
• Monitor delivery and report project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery.
• Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders to align with goals.
• Drive procurement of consultants and contractors to achieve best outcomes.
• Ensure safety, health, environmental compliance and statutory requirements.
• Maintain quality control and workmanship throughout project execution.
• Engage in transformation efforts to drive organisational innovation.
