Job summary

StaffkingPte Ltd at Changi Airport is seeking candidates for an on-site role in airport operations. You will assist passengers at self-service kiosks, bag drop, and throughout the airport journey, including check-in, security, immigration and lounges.

Training will be provided, making this suitable for candidates with no prior airport experience. The position offers a permanent day shift with rotating options and company transport to support daily duties.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Permanent day shift available.
• Rotating shift available, with no midnight / overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers at FAST kiosks and self-service bag drop counters, providing guidance and assistance where required.
• Assist foreign airline crew upon arrival and guide them to designated hotel and back to airport for departure.
• Guide and assist passengers throughout the airport journey, including check-in, security screening, immigration/passport control and lounge areas.
• Support arrival and departure gate operations, including passenger coordination and boarding-related activities.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to ensure a smooth experience for passengers and airline crew.
• Coordinate with airport and ground handling teams to facilitate smooth passenger movement and daily operations.
• Handle other ad-hoc duties and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
