Job summary

is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the Terminal 5 development lifecycle—from inception, procurement, design development, construction to handover—based at the Changi East Project Office. You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders, manage time, cost and quality, and drive risk management and project performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good degree in Engineering or related fields.
• At least 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong experience in project management and coordination.
• Experience in Program Risk Management.
• Proficiency in MS Project will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical/ problem solving skills.
• Able to understand technical drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player and to handle fast-paced projects.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects for the whole project life cycle from inception, procurement/services, design development, construction and handover.
• Liaise with stakeholders, design consultants, contractors and public/private agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project time, cost and quality to achieve desired outcomes, with focus on risk and coordination.
