Job summary

Evvergence Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Check-In Agent at Changi Airport for a 1 year contract. The role covers counter check-in, luggage handling, boarding pass issuance, and assistance at self-check kiosks.

You will also manage departure/arrival gate duties and coordinate with crew to meet on-time departures. Candidates must attend a face-to-face interview on 7 Oct, 3pm and commit to 1 month of training starting in Oct.

Qualifications

• Handle counter check-in duties and boarding pass issuance.
• Assist passengers at self-check kiosks and bag drop kiosks.
• Perform gate duties, crowd control and coordination with crew.
• Meet scheduling needs and complete any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Handling Counter Check In duties, verify tickets and documents.
• Weigh/tag luggage and process boarding passes for passengers.
• Assist passengers at kiosks and assist at auto bag drop kiosks.
• Coordinate with crew to ensure timely gate activities and departure.
• Attend to miscellaneous duties when assigned.
