Job summary

EVERGENCE PTE. LTD. at Changi Airport seeks a Customer Service Check-In Agent on a 1-year contract. Role covers counter check-in, boarding pass processing, and assistance at self-service kiosks. Schedule: 44 hours/week, rotating 5/6 days, 10:00–22:30.

Applicants must be presentable, with a positive attitude, strong English communication, and basic computer skills. Facial tattoos are not permitted and attire should be professional.

Qualifications

• Presentable and well groomed with professional appearance (no visible tattoos).
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills and command of English.
• Possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle counter check-in duties and verify flight tickets and travel documents.
• Perform gate duties: ensure boarding passes match passenger names, assist passengers with special needs, and direct disembarking passengers.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
