Job summary

MANAOJAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable and physically fit Airport Cargo Handler to support daily cargo and baggage handling at the airport. You will assist with loading, unloading, moving and sorting cargo while following safety procedures and operational requirements.

Requirements include physical fitness, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work shifts, weekends and overtime. Prior forklift certification is an advantage and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in airport, cargo, logistics or warehouse work is advantageous.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move cargo.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime.
• Able to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo, baggage, parcels and other airport materials.
• Move cargo between aircraft, terminals, warehouses and designated areas.
• Sort and arrange shipments according to flight schedules and handling instructions.
• Check cargo labels, quantities and basic shipment information before movement.
• Assist with preparation and staging of cargo for loading onto aircraft or transport vehicles.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during loading, unloading and transportation.
• Operate or assist with cargo-handling equipment when trained.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas around cargo handling zones.
• Follow airport security, safety, PPE and procedures at all times.
• Report damaged or missing cargo to supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members, drivers and operations staff.
• Perform other cargo handling duties as assigned.

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit Airport Cargo Handler to support daily cargo and baggage handling operations at the airport. The successful candidate will assist with loading, unloading, moving, sorting, and arranging cargo while following airport safety procedures and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo, baggage, parcels, and other airport-related materials.
• Move cargo between aircraft, cargo terminals, warehouses, and designated areas.
• Sort and arrange shipments according to flight schedules, destinations, and handling instructions.
• Check cargo labels, quantities, and basic shipment information before movement.
• Assist with the preparation and staging of cargo for loading onto aircraft or transport vehicles.
• Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Operate or assist with cargo-handling equipment when authorized and properly trained.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas around cargo handling zones.
• Follow airport security, safety, PPE, and operational procedures at all times.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly handled cargo to the supervisor immediately.
• Work closely with team members, drivers, warehouse staff, and airport operations personnel.
• Perform other cargo handling duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in airport, cargo, logistics, warehouse, or loading/unloading work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work and lift/move cargo.
• Able to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
• Able to work 6 days per week.
• Forklift or other relevant equipment certification is an advantage.
