SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a airport baggage services position in Singapore.

You will handle customer inquiries, process cash and card payments with POS/BSS, and perform opening/closing cash settlements. You will wrap bags and upsell baggage services, while ensuring procedures and security standards are followed. The role requires good English, teamwork, and physical ability to carry up to 25 kg.6 days work week with rotating rest days, and fixed shifts.

Qualifikationen

• POS familiarity is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with good collaboration.
• Able to converse in basic English.

Aufgaben

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions using POS and BSS for baggage storage and other services.
• Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation.
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products.
• Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to SOP.
• Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by management and Airport police.
• Responsible for store cleanliness and image.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
