Job summary

Adobe Systems Pte Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Architect to guide airline clients in modernizing customer experience with Adobe Experience Cloud. You will translate business objectives into scalable technology, leading architecture sessions and delivering integration across PSS, reservations, and digital channels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the airline/aviation industry (consulting, enterprise architecture, or delivery).
• Experience guiding digital transformation and MarTech implementations.
• Experience crafting enterprise architectures with data integration, APIs, and identity.
• Experience in airline online channels, loyalty/dedicated experiences, or digital commerce.
• Experience with airline tech and data environments (PSS, reservations, rewards).
• Experience coordinating with consultants/architects and contributing to pre-sales/RFPs.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution discussions with business and IT teams.
• Develop data architectures and integration methods linking Adobe solutions with airline ecosystems (PSS, reservations, digital channels).
• Design scalable solutions for customer data, identity, segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization.
• Advise on technical architecture, options, risks, and dependencies early.
• Support digital transformation efforts focused on CX, direct bookings, loyalty, and ancillary revenue.
• Direct architectural work across projects, addressing integration issues and aligning with Adobe standards.
• Mentor consultants/architects, share knowledge, and evaluate solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales and RFP responses with technical proposals and architectures.
• Collaborate with analytics to measure engagement, conversion, and business outcomes.
