Job summary

Adobe is seeking an Enterprise Architect in Singapore to lead aviation customers through digital transformation using Adobe Experience Cloud. You will guide airlines on data architectures, CDP, identity, segmentation and cross-channel journeys while aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in airline or aviation industry with consulting or enterprise delivery.
• Experience guiding digital transformation and MarTech implementations for customers.
• Experience crafting enterprise architectures with data integration and APIs.
• Familiarity with airline online channels, loyalty and digital retail.
• Knowledge of PSS, booking platforms and customer data ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide airline sector expertise and guidance across Adobe Experience Cloud components.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops and solution discussions.
• Develop data architectures linking Adobe solutions with airline systems (PSS, reservations, digital commerce).
• Design scalable solutions for data management, identity, segmentation, journeys, and personalization.
• Advise on architecture options, risks and dependencies early in projects.
• Support digital transformation focused on CX, direct bookings and ancillary revenue.
• Direct technical architecture across projects with delivery teams to resolve integration issues.
• Mentor consultants and architects, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Contribute to pre-sales and RFP responses with technical proposals and architectures.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define success measures and outcomes.
