Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in airline or aviation industry with consulting or enterprise delivery.
• Experience guiding digital transformation and MarTech implementations for customers.
• Experience crafting enterprise architectures with data integration and APIs.
• Familiarity with airline online channels, loyalty and digital retail.
• Knowledge of PSS, booking platforms and customer data ecosystems.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide airline sector expertise and guidance across Adobe Experience Cloud components.

The Opportunity

Join Adobe Professional Services as an Enterprise Architect, assisting leading airlines and aviation organizations in crafting, delivering, and embracing innovative customer experience solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud. Collaborating closely with airline clients to help them grasp their business objectives and translate them into scalable, efficient technology systems. You will offer knowledge in customer data platforms (CDP), journey orchestration, campaign management, content management, analytics, and personalization. In this role, you'll help airlines improve customer experiences, deepen dedication, grow direct bookings, and uncover new opportunities for ancillary revenue generation. You'll work alongside business and technology teams to deliver solutions that facilitate ongoing digital transformation!

What you’ll Do

Offer airline sector expertise and technical advice within Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution development discussions with business and IT collaborators.

Develop data architectures and integration methods that link Adobe solutions with airline technology ecosystems, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation systems, dedication platforms, and digital commerce channels.

Develop scalable solutions for customer data management, identity management, segmentation, journey orchestration, decisioning, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.

Advise collaborators on technical architecture, solution options, and implementation considerations, identifying risks and dependencies early.

Support airline digital transformation initiatives centered on customer experience, direct bookings, dedication, personalization, customer data, and ancillary revenue growth.

Direct technical architecture throughout projects, working alongside delivery teams to tackle integration issues and ensure solutions follow Adobe architecture standards.

Encourage the growth of consultants and architects by sharing knowledge, providing technical assistance, and evaluating architectural solutions.

Contribute to pre-sales activities and RFP responses by developing technical proposals, solution architectures, and recommendations.

Work with analytics teams to define success measures and evaluate customer engagement, conversion, personalization efficiency, and business outcomes.

What you need to succeed

• 8+ years of experience in the airline or aviation industry, including consulting, enterprise architecture, or professional services delivery.
• Experience working directly with customers to guide digital transformation and MarTech implementations.
• Experience crafting enterprise architectures involving data integration, APIs, customer identity, data modeling, segmentation, and cross-platform solutions.
• Experience in airline online channels, managing customer lifecycle, digital retail, dedication, or tailored experiences.
• Experience with airline technology and data environments, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation and booking platforms, rewards programs, and customer data ecosystems.
• Experience assisting or advising consultants and architects, or participating in pre-sales and RFP activities.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
