Job summary

PRISM+ is seeking a Site Surveyor to conduct on-site surveys, assess customer needs, and recommend air conditioning solutions during visits across Singapore. You will gather installation details, quote customers, and help drive sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales, basic HVAC knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. A valid Class 2B/2A/2/3 license or access to a vehicle is required, and Saturday work is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.
• Valid Class 2B/2A/2/3 driver’s license or equivalent and own vehicle.
• Able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conducting site surveys at customer houses and advise best routing and placement of FCU.
• Upload all relevant site survey information into system.
• Build rapport with customers during site surveys.
• Record all installation issues promptly in the system.
• Take video and photos of the site for team lead reference.
• Send quotations and inform customers of additional installation charges and payment links.
• Advise customers on suitable system configurations.
• Conduct sales of air conditioning systems during onsite visits.

We are seeking a Site Surveyor who will play a key role in both conducting on-site surveys and driving sales to grow PRISM+. In this role, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable air conditioning solutions, and provide expert advice on installation requirements. To succeed, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of air conditioning systems and their benefits. The ability to build rapport with diverse customers and establish trust is essential.

• Taking video and photos of the site for team lead reference.

• Conduct sales of our air conditioning systems during onsite visits.
