Job summary

PRISM+ is expanding our air conditioning servicing team in Singapore. We are seeking an experienced aircon technician to diagnose, repair and service residential and commercial units, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

You will guide junior technicians, keep precise records, and communicate clearly with customers. A Class 3 driving license and physical fitness are required; six-day work week and vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in an aircon technician role.
• Customer-facing with friendly and patient demeanor.
• Able to handle physical work.
• Proficient with basic mobile technology.
• Good communication skills.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license required.
• 6 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of air-conditioning systems.
• Carry out servicing and chemical overhaul of air-conditioning systems as required.
• Diagnose recurring or complex air-conditioning issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Repair, replace and test faulty air-conditioning components to restore proper function.
• Advise customers on maintenance and servicing requirements.
• Ensure servicing and repairs are carried out safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Guide and provide technical support to junior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of servicing, troubleshooting, repairs and parts replaced.
• Any other adhoc activities as assigned by the Company.
