Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a skilled technician to perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in Singapore. Candidates should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience and a Higher Nitec certification related to the job. A Class 3 Driving License is advantageous. This role requires a self-motivated team player who can work independently and engage effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of aircon and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Possession of a Class 3 Driving License in Singapore is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Design and selection of equipment and build up the system.
• Provide technical support in the field.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair, service and maintenance
• Design, selection of equipment and build up the system
• Perform on-site and in-house services / repair
• Provide technical support in the field
• Assist with commercial and residential customers’ enquiries
• Ad-hoc duties as required
• Able to communicate and be an adviser to meet customers’ requirements
• Commit to work overtime, including weekends or public holidays when required

Requirements

• Create service report after job done
• Update van stocks for material, spare parts and specific equipment needed for interventions
