Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented shipments operations professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export activities, carrier bookings, and cargo tracking.

You will handle customs documentation (NOA, DO, B/L, HAWB/MAWB), ensure smooth clearance, and liaise with clients, carriers, hauliers, and brokers while providing timely updates. The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics, warehouse or logistics experience, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Prior warehouse or logistics operations experience preferred.
• Responsible, well-organised and able to manage tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations (FCL/LCL), including carrier bookings, cargo tracking, and site delivery arrangements.
• Prepare, audit, and issue shipping documentation including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and trade permits.
• Oversee smooth Singapore Customs clearance for both import and export cargo.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth cargo clearance and provide timely updates.
• Calculate shipping costs, issue timely customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets, and prepare competitive shipping quotes for client inquiries.
• Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies, or customs holds efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs rules, international trade safety regulations, and internal company operating standards.
