Job summary

FedEx is seeking an Engineer/Senior Engineer, Partner Network Management to strategically plan, develop, implement, and optimize third-party air network capacity across Asia Pacific. The role acts as a liaison among network planning, airline partners, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure capacity solutions deliver reliable service and cost efficiency.

Open to 0–10 years’ experience, focused on Southeast Asia with potential geographic shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 0-10 years of airline network planning, cargo operations, transportation planning, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience with airline partners, interline agreements, or external network operators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and operational implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend airline and transport partners to support Asia Pacific network needs.
• Lead partner onboarding and implementation from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor network performance and drive efficiency, service quality, and cost benefits.
• Coordinate regional ops and partner teams to resolve disruptions and actions.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support planning and performance reviews.
