Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Air Freight Senior Operations Manager to lead and transform Singapore operations, driving end-to-end air freight, warehousing and transportation excellence. You will champion efficiency, service quality and safety while aligning with customer requirements.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage KPIs and budgets, lead and develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enable growth and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Proven experience in air freight or freight forwarding operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and transportation operations, especially project cargo.
• Experience managing customer relationships and key accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership with responsibility for team performance.
• Budgeting, cost control and business performance awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of air freight, warehousing, and transportation.

• Oversee air freight, warehousing, transportation, and inventory.
