Responsibilities

• Arrange airline bookings and coordinate shipment schedules.
• Liaise with customers, contractors and service providers to facilitate shipments.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide shipment updates.
• Work closely with internal operations teams to fulfill service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers and customs on shipment movements.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure timely delivery updates.
• Support billing process including job closure and invoicing.
• Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues.
• Drive service improvements within the team.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
