Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage airline bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements. You will work with customers and contractors to organize shipments and liaise with warehouses, carriers, and customs to ensure smooth coordination.

You will maintain shipment data, respond to customer enquiries promptly, and support billing and month-end targets. The role requires close collaboration with internal operations and a focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Manage airline bookings and coordinate shipment arrangements
• Work with customers and contractors to organize shipments
• Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle customer enquiries efficiently and provide timely updates
• Work closely with internal operations teams to meet customer requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and operational procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment data and system updates
• Liaise with customers, warehouses, carriers and customs for shipment coordination
• Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
• Support month-end operational targets and job completion
• Coordinate with billing team for job closure and invoicing
• Handle supplier invoice disputes and resolve operational issues
• Support service improvement initiatives within the team
• Perform other duties assigned by management
