Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Data Labeling and Evaluation Specialist in Singapore to support the Search Operations team. You will read, view, listen, and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and improve search quality.

You will collaborate with Product, Algorithm, and Labeling Delivery teams across time zones, lead triage of requests, and help design data strategies, QA standards, and automated workflows to scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong analytical reasoning, execution, and project management skills.
• Strong experience in cross-cultural collaboration and managing global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Improve search user experience and drive traffic and GMV while ensuring user content complies with guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Algorithm and Labeling Delivery to align with business objectives.
• Lead triage and evaluation of labeling requests; develop data strategies and QA processes.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely, high-quality data delivery.
• Develop automated labeling and evaluation workflows to scale operations.
• Stay at the forefront of industry methodologies for model training and evaluation; standardize dataset specifications.
