Job summary

TikTok's ModLab AIGC Team seeks an AIGC Model Labeling Specialist to review and label text, images, videos, and ads to improve AI-powered moderation systems. You will help train and evaluate models, identify trends, and support policy refinement across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Label and categorize content (text, images, video, multimedia) according to established taxonomy standards and moderation policies.
• Produce accurate annotations and datasets that help train, evaluate, and improve AI and machine learning models.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure labeling consistency and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Escalate ambiguous or complex cases appropriately and participate in discussions to improve policy clarity.
• Participate in calibration sessions to maintain consistency across reviewers.
• Identify emerging content trends and provide structured feedback to improve moderation guidelines, workflows, and AI models.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Policy, Quality Assurance, Data Science, and Operations to improve moderation effectiveness.
• Stay updated with evolving moderation policies and ensure consistent application across all assigned work.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations while maintaining high standards.
